Reflection #498- Taiwan Fishing Boats

Taiwan Fishing Boats

Taiwan Fishing Boats

After arriving in the late morning in Taipei, Taiwan, the first thing we did is go looking for a nice walk. And there’s nothing better than walking down a dock and gawking at some fishing boats. I love the blue boats with their watchful eyes on the prow. I would have loved to see the fisherman coming in with their catch, but it was too late in the day for that.

We didn’t spend too much time in Taiwan, but we did see a lot in just a few days.  We visited the night market, Taipei 101, the tea fields, Taroko Gorge, and the Kai-shek Memorial in downtown.  What a great trip!

Have you been to Taiwan?  What was your favorite part?  Not the iron eggs, I’ll bet!
