Look at that landscape! I love a desert.

Driving along the Egyptian roads can be a little challenging even as a passenger, but look at the views you get! I love a desert landscape and photographing the people who live there.

I just want to jump out of the van and go sit with the boy on the cart to find out where he is going and what his chore for the day is. Maybe I can even help him feed his donkey, because I love a donkey!

We went to Egypt in winter, so the temps were very manageable. Unfortunately there is not a lot of heat in some of the homes, since it is rarely needed. We visited relatives and almost froze, but it was all worth it.

Have you been to Egypt? Don’t you just love the countryside?
