Going out to eat in Cusco, Peru is definitely an experience. Around the main square, touts hang out of their restaurant doors and try to lure you in with promises of free pisco sours, which by the way are extremely tasty. One of Peru’s traditional foods is this guy or cuy, the guinea pig. Apparently the people of the Andes have raised and domesticated these little guys for over 5000 years. Wow!
