A fantastic place to take a day trip to, if you happen to be in Northern Ireland, don’t miss this spectacular site.  The Giant’s Causeway has it all…a legend, fantastic geometric shapes, gorgeous scenery, and lots of hiking paths if you have the time.  We took the bus to the beginning of the interesting area and back, and therefore had tons of time to just snap away.  I took loads of portraits of my family, and if I lived closer (by a couple of thousand miles or so), I would make it an annual trip to take [...]

Things That Make Me Happy – A Good View!

Driving the Dingle peninsula, we witnessed many sheep crossing the road, climbing up on stone walls, taking in the view, and jumping over.  I love it!  What a metaphor.  You go about your everyday life, stop to take in a good view every once in awhile, then move on.  That’s the story of my life, and I like it that way!  I love too, in this photo, how the sheep looks at us over his shoulder as if to say, “Hey, quiet down.  Enjoy.”  It something that we should always keep reminding ourselves to do.

Ireland is the land of green, so I was super happy to come across this beautiful yellow field.
